![]() ![]() ![]() All other equipment repairs are handled by our repair department. Our cleaning technicians perform the cleaning services listed in your plan and make only very minor repairs, such as replacing a filter pressure gauge. Combination locks are our preferred method to prevent this situation. No credit will be given for being locked out. Otherwise we will service the pool on the next regular service day. ![]() If we are locked out on the regular service day we will contact you and then make a second attempt to service the pool that day while our technician is still in the area. We are not responsible for any dog or pet escapes. Please also advise us by email so we can be conscious of this potential issue. If your pets are prone to escape we suggest you restrain them on service days. We will make every effort to contain the animals while entering and leaving your yard. If your dog tries to escape for you, it will try to escape for our technician. It’s give and take and we plan on giving more than we take. Just know that if your pump goes down during summer, or something else happens that’s not our fault, and your pool starts to turn green, and we need to do some extra visits to turn your pool around, know that we will do so at no extra cost to you. We won’t issue credits for non service due to icy or snowy weather. However we can’t guarantee that we can time this perfectly, so If we get an unexpected day or two of icy or snowy weather, then for the safety of our employees we may elect to not service your pool that week. If the weather forecast calls for a number of days of icy or snowy weather, we will do our best to schedule our second non service week during this time as mentioned above. So we will service your pool at least 50 times over the year. It also gives us the ability to stay off dangerous roads if necessary during icy weather. This allows our technicians to have some time off with their families while ensuring we have a full staff during the busy summer months. The second week off will be a week in January or February and will be determined based on a number of factors such as the weather and staff availability. We take two, non consecutive weeks off per year - the week containing Christmas day if falling on or before Saturday, or if on a Sunday then the following week. Please review so you are fully aware of our service. Over the years I’ve learned that the clearer we are on things, the less chance there is for misunderstandings to occur. Note: We will waive the $30 start up fee listed on the above sheet for customers using this page to get started. Huge pools with massive trees overhead are quoted based on a site visit only. Please note that prices are for average size pools. What you must decide is how spotless you need the pool each week versus how much you want to pay. The cost for this plan is $150 per month. We don’t list P/2 on the sheet but it is the same concept as P/1 except that we skim and vacuum twice per month. If you are unsure then call us and we can help you decide. If you have a polaris or automatic cleaner and don’t have too many trees, the Chemical Plus or P/1 plans should be adequate. The main difference is how often we skim leaves from the surface and vacuum dirt and leaves off the bottom of the pool. Our goal for this page is to outline our service plans, present our policies, answer some FAQs and give you the opportunity to get started. Our mission is to serve you with excellence and integrity, and help make your pool a blessing. Hello this is Matthew Dunshea and thank you for your interest in Integrity Pools. ![]()
